Baby's diet at 2 years old
No longer a baby, but not yet a grown-up, your toddler is no longer a baby and their diet is proof of this.
- You start to say goodbye to purees and offer bigger and bigger pieces.
- Your baby will start to eat like the rest of the family, as long as the meals are perfectly balanced.
- Avoid sweets, fatty and salty products. Your baby still has specific nutritional needs and must be given the right food to ensure perfect growth.
- At 2 years of age, your baby still needs 400 to 600 ml of growing-up milk, taken by bottle or cup, depending on your child's preferences.
