Baby's diet at 1 year

In most cases, the baby is now well used to a diversified diet and enjoys her meals with a spoon.

  • This month, it's time to leave behind the follow-on milk in favor of the growth milk, better adapted to her nutritional needs.
  • Often presented ready-made in bottles and let's face it—it will also be a real relief for you!
  • Your baby can now chew and enjoy a piece of toast in the morning, in addition to his bottle.
  • At lunchtime, the portion of protein, meat, egg, or fish can be increased to 0.70 oz to cover her needs as much as possible.

It happens. My kid did the same thing. He used to eat EVERYTHING. Around a year old he slowed down but picked back up around 16 months and then the DAY he turned 2 it was like a switch turned on and he is now for some reason SO picky?
