Feeding your baby at 7 months

As your baby becomes more and more alert, you'll also be doing more and more to please yourself in the kitchen, as the 7th month is the time to offer him a varied and complete diet.

  • Even though milk is still the main food for the baby, vegetables, fruits, and cereals are now an integral part of his daily diet.
  • Carrots, green beans, apples, but also broccoli, bananas, or potatoes are offered in turn to help the very young child vary his tastes.
  • Still, on 4 meals a day, the baby often enjoys a few spoonfuls of mashed potatoes and may even be sulky at the thought of taking a bottle.
