Pregnant or not pregnant: which symptoms to trust?

Marijuana saved my baby and me. I didn't know I was pregnant. I had her premature and had a C section .The Dr. That I had gone at the time failed to mention I had preeclampsia and was pregnant. I didn't have any pregnancy symptoms until I found out around 7 months. I had hypothyroid which caused me to gain weight and the medication they gave me had steroids which was also very scary thought not even knowing I was pregnant and smoking Marijuana and taking Tylenol melatonin and the medication for my hypothyroid..thank God I my baby is very healthy since the day she was born March 3 2022. I had took two at home pregnancy tests on a Saturday, both came our positive ? called my husband he came home from work and I cried and was happy and scared at the same time. I was very anxious to know how far along I was so I even went on YouTube and measured my stomach. I started to feel her move on Sunday and Monday morning I started having cramps which I thought they were period cramps since I wasn't completely sure I was pregnant because I hadn't had an ultrasound done yet my appointment wasn't until 2 p.m on Monday but I felt something was wrong so my older sister rushed out of work and took me to the obgyn that I chose that would take me in at an earlier time. It turned out I was having contractions and I heard her heart ❤ beat and they did me an ultrasound found out I was 7 months and it's a girl!!! They checked my blood pressure was very high and told me to go to the women's hospital .so I went good thing I got to the hospital in time because I was about to have a heart attack and stroke and seizure. I'm 30 so I stayed in the hospital and because of the preeclampsia and not taking pre-natal anything at that was causing my baby's heartbeart to slow down and the medication they gave me still had my blood pressure high! I was induced on March the 3 2022. At 11 a.m. my baby weighed 3 and a half pounds. She is my miracle baby who came out very healthy she was in the NICU and was very healthy as soon as you was born I am very blessed to have my daughter who saved my life and hers as well!!! She is now 2 months and very strong healthy and has passed her evaluation from the optometrist and as well she got evaluated for babies who are premature to see where there growth level is at and she exceeded their expectations through zoom video. I am beyond happy and amazed that she Is my miracle baby who saved us both ? I am so in love with her and happy to br alive to take care of her ❤

When did you start noticing symptoms in your pregnancy? Currently 4 weeks pregnant?❤️

I’m 9 weeks pregnant & still no pregnancy symptoms or morning sickness besides mild cramps from Time to time

Blood clots spotting looks like a period but went to obgyn yesterday she said looks like a early miscarriage or early pregnancy during my ultrasound im 6 weeks pregnant today that's if im still pregnant not for sure now but I don't have symptoms of pregnancy as much as I did last week when I found out I was pregnant :( she said bloodwork will tell me more if it's early pregnancy or miscarriage so I hope and pray it's early pregnancy. But I'll expect the worst. :( because I'm still bleeding but doesn't fill up pad all the way but i had blood clots. :(, im literally crying.

Well it happened.....Thursday I had very little dark brown spotting but no cramps I called my ob get to be on I safe side sense I had a miscarriage before even though this was completely different idk I just had a weird feeling I get to the doctor's Friday because when I had the spotting on Thursday the ultrasound tech and my doctor already went home for the day friday 2 days before mothers day I found out my baby stopped growing at 8 weeks 5 days and thier was now heartbeat I'm spouse to be 12 weeks and a few days my dead baby has been stuck in side of my uterus I look pregnant I still have morning sickness and all my pregnancy symptoms my body looks pregnant bump, dark nipples ,sore sensitive breast ,nausea, vomiting, food cravings and aversions and if I didn't have that apartment I wouldn't even know because my spotting wasn't pink or really bright red it wasn't heavy and I didn't have cramping I'm so upset I can't even describe how I feel my doctor said I might need surgery I'll find out today

How long do it take to get pregnant because I been having pregnant symptoms but I took a pregnancy test in it came back negative so do I go to the doctors office or what?
