Natural birth

If you want to experience a natural and less medicated birth, here is some information to know before making this choice:

  • This type of birth reduces medical intervention, so it's without an epidural.
  • It's recommended to take childbirth preparation classes and to learn the right contraction signs to better tackle them.
  • Choose the right place to give birth, at home or in a maternity ward that is used to alternative practices.
  • Be aware that your delivery may be painful and may require medical intervention, so don't regard it as a failure, accept your own limitations instead.

What helps the pain is to keep ice packs on it and take the medicine that they give you and it hurts to bend over and it hurts to sit down to use the bathroom and then it hurts standing up and it hurts to try to take a shower so you will need help when you take a shower

Anybody else considering natural birth or have done natural birth and if so how was your experience and would you recommend it especially for the health aspect of your baby and would you say the benefits are alot better than getting epidural ?

I had 4 natural births and my last one was an epidural. The natural ones for me went quick so temporary pain the epidural was good and now I’m having twins not sure what is in store

Yes, I been going through as well. I’m small too? I’m afraid I’ll have to do c section instead of natural. But You wont know until you actually go in for birth.

yea see I’m just scared in general i don’t like the thought of vaginal birth just as much as C-section I feel I would do better with a C-section though to be honest I freak out over a yeast infection so pushing a whole person out don’t sound too good to me I’m 4’11 and my torso is short this whole thing just makes me nervous

Ever since I got pregnant I always thought about having a natural birth and now I’m halfway through my Pregnacy. I really want to try to go all natural for my first baby just because of the benefits. Another thing is I’m not good when it comes to any pain at all but for some reason I feel like I can do natural what do y’all think? Has anybody ever went natural for their first?

As much as my labor didn't hurt, I refused to push without an epidural ? and I have a high pain tolerance. Once they meds wore off, that pain is ridiculous. Get ice pads for postpartum. The hospital I went to gave me dermaplast and that stuff is a lifesaver too

I had my first two all natural and I’m planning on doing the same for this one. Not gona lie it hurts, literally the worse pain of my life but pain is temporary and I personally felt like my body healed faster and I got back to myself faster because of it. It’s something I’m proud to say I did. ☺️

Both are incredibly painful. Natural birth is easier to recover from. Avoid c section if possible. Your body was built to give birth.

For all the new moms that’s having a natural birth at the hospital should consider these birthing plans 1.rooming in 2.hands off unless required I say this because not all hospitals are honest about your baby health I had previous problems of my own from hospital nurses please me aware and consider this❤️❤️

Rooming in is having the baby with you at all time instead of them taking the baby away to clean them they will do all of that in the room with you and hands off unless required is they don’t touch your baby at all unless an emergency
