Baby's food or skin allergies

During the first few years of life, your little one is not immune to food and skin allergies.

  • Just like in adults, contact with an allergen can cause reactions.
  • The allergy is caused by fa type of food ingested, or a product applied to the baby's skin.
  • Within minutes, hours or days, your child may experience eczema, hives, vomiting, or diarrhea.
  • Don't hesitate to consult your pediatrician, or even an allergist, if you have any doubts.
  • If your child has difficulty breathing, swelling of the lips or tongue, consult a doctor immediately.

Baby girl is back to screaming when she’s eating, arching her back and throwing her entire body around. Calling to make her an appointment when the clinic opens… has anyone had an allergy test done on a baby that young? She just turned 6 weeks yesterday. But I’m wondering if since a lot of times dairy and soy allergies go hand in hand, if we are gonna need a hypoallergenic formula. Or maybe she’s not allergic to either one and we just need acid reflux meds… idk. :( I’m heartbroken for her..

She probably has gas... lay her on her back and rub her belly for a little, then sit her straight in your lap and burp her. Rub her back also.

I think I’m developing a pet allergy ? I’ve been having bad muscle aches and sore itchy throat and watery eyes at night (when the dog is in the room) but if I’m out I’m fine ? can you develop a new allergy when pregnant? A lot of people in Baby daddy’s side of the family are allergic to dogs to I don’t know if that has anything to do with it

Am I the only one who’s baby daddy be on them 24/7 with everything pertaining pregnancy. For example I walk in to CVS to get some allergy medicine. I have a list of medication I can get while pregnant. I’m looking at that list and what they have he tells me go ask someone where it is and what’s safe to take after I already have options of what I want . Well I go ask and they tell me the same thing that’s on the list and what I’m already looking at.

Lol. I don’t mind him being concerned as this is our first pregnancy but can I figure it out first and if I have questions I’ll ask. It’s more of he doesn’t give me the opportunity to figure it out myself as being a parent
