What if you offered yourself a mommy-to-be massage?

Between the physical changes and the emotions that are not always easy to manage, pregnancy is not a long quiet river.

  • It is therefore essential to take care of yourself during this very special time.
  • An idea to recharge your batteries and re-train your body?
  • A massage for mothers-to-be!
  • Relieve pain, evacuate stress, reduce symptoms... From 3 months of pregnancy onwards, offering yourself a massage session per week will help you live these few extraordinary months more serenely.
  • But be sure to ask before making an appointment, because this type of massage must be performed by someone experienced in the field!

Hey does anyone get massages while pregnant? I stop getting them when I found I was pregnant. My massage place you have to wait for the second trimester and have a note from your doctor

My last pregnancy I was getting two a month. I would find a massage therapist who specializes in prenatal massage. I think they are just trying to cover themselves but pregnancy isn't a contraindication for massage. It can be really helpful actually.

Man I swear you can’t do nothing pregnant. I tried to get a massage, they charged me more and did 60% less than a full body ?

So I did a couples massage for me and my mom. It was $109. So it’s a sale. And they charged me an additional $20. Which I didn’t mind. But she literally barely massaged me. She just rubbed my back. No feet rub, barely my neck, no legs, no thighs.. nothing. They said it’s because the baby and the stretching could affect, which I agree. But I don’t understand how you can’t at least rub my feet and ankles. And if they’re worried about the massage oil shoot use coconut oil or something. They said I just have to soak my feet.
