Which water for constipated babies?

Constipation is a common and very debilitating problem and can be alleviated by giving the baby certain brands of water.

  • Constipation starts after 4 days without a stool for the baby.
  • Water that is too high in minerals may cause diarrhea.
  • You can also give a little Hepar—mineral water rich in magnesium— from time to time to help transit, but you must not overdo it to preserve the baby's intestines.
  • Evaluate baby water by selecting a reduced dry residue.

Belly band! And magnesium lotion. Saved me when I started stretching.
