Weight loss after pregnancy
In order not to be left with your pregnancy weight, which can weigh on your morale in the long run, take control of your life right after giving birth!
After giving birth, try to find good habits to lose the weight you have accumulated during 9 months:
- If you've decided to breastfeed your baby, that's a great idea! Breastfeeding stimulates the uterus, which makes it easier for your belly to regain its shape.
- On a daily basis, opt for healthy, light food that you can digest easily.
- Do some gentle exercises like pilates or yoga.
- Taking your baby for a walk in the stroller is also a great way to get some exercise.
