Pregnancy blood test: what does the hCG level indicate?

So my husband and I were doing the math and our conception days were May 26, 27th and 28th. My question is I have gotten one blood test stating that my HCG is 148 and then two pregnancy test saying positive. Is the 148? Normal for 2 to 3 weeks? I also just got over what i think was my period 2 days ago? I know usually when it is high it's good but I'm so confused. Thank you.

I'm sure we will hear from my doctor soon but I just got an email with my test results from that guest big mega panel. We got pregnant on birth control, so all of this has been new and surprising and we're concerned about the health of the pregnancy. It's my first, at 31! My first blood test was just four days after my missed period and HCG was 758, progesterone 10.8. Four days later they took blood for all the additional testing but also repeated those tests so now my HCG is 2200, but the progesterone has dropped to 9.2 Has this happened to anyone else? Can it be indicative of an ectopic pregnancy? Miscarriage?

Hey so I’m in my first trimester of my first pregnancy & when I went in for blood work my hcg levels only went from 4100 to 4243 in two days. Should I be concerned? Or has this happened to anyone? I’m trying not to worry but it’s so hard #hcglevels #firsttimemom

I'm new to this but would like to talk to someone who is going through kinda the same thing. I was depo for 9 months but my last shot was February 2021 and I hat a light period in September 2021 but nothing in-between and nothing since then. My husband and I are trying for a baby so I went to a infertility doctor 2 months ago and found out I have pcos and my insulin levels are higher yhan they should be so I've been put on medicine since then to help with levels. We've had lots of sex about 3-4 weeks ago and this past week I haven't felt like my self so I took 6 pregnancy test from 3 different brands and they all came up faintly positive and this morning it was a Lil darker of a positive then the last 5, I called the doctor asked for a blood hcg test because of all the positive test and the blood test came back negative..... I was told that all the pregnancy test were false positives, 'which if they came out of the same box I would under stand but it was 3 different boxes and I bought them 2 days apart from each other from different stores'. I really need some advice because I bawled when I was told the blood test was negative I've been doing everything I've needed to do. #pcos #tryingtogetpregnant #needadviceplease

Been bleeding since I found out at first it was brown and very light then Saturday April 30 I noticed I was starting to bleed a lil more went to doctor on Sunday everything was ok that Monday went to bathroom to notice something sitting in my underwear it didn’t hurt I didn’t even feel it so went to doctor for them to tell me I had a miscarriage so I went home made another appointment to another doctor had that on this Monday she took a pregnancy test come back positive took blood it rises my hcg so she said I didn’t have a miscarriage and the bleeding stop within a week

Hey so I have a question I haven’t had my first appointment yet just confirm pregnancy thru my blood and urine but my hcg levels are 16464 as of yesterday how many weeks does that make me I’m alittle confused.
