Tips to get a flat stomach

If you're motivated to tone up your body after giving birth, here are five tips to help you get a flat stomach.

  • From the first week after giving birth, keep an eye on your what you eat - no diets, just balanced, healthy meals that help your digestion.
  • Massage your belly with a suitable cream once or twice a day.
  • Take part in perineal and abdominal rehabilitation sessions with a professional.
  • With your doctor's approval, practice a low-impact physical activity on a regular basis (yoga, swimming...).
  • Stress is the enemy of a flat stomach, so take 10 minutes of relaxation and deep breathing every day.

Don't worry about size. It's all how you are built. I was 31 weeks when I had my baby but even then I didn't look pregnant. But my baby was healthy. Just be happy if baby is happy.

When did y’all stomach start to change? I’m 6 weeks and my stomach feels weird when I lay on it. I’ve always had a flat stomach so of course I noticed it’s coming more out now. I’ve been super uncomfortable the past three days.

Is this normal?? So I’m 18weeks and someways I wake up and my stomach almost looks flat. I’m getting worried the baby isn’t growing properly. Anyone else? When I eat my stomach sticks out more but in the morning I seriously don’t look pregnant. I mean I’m almost 5 months! Should I be worried??

It's very normal time 23 weeks and I can throw a pair a jeans on and they fit but as soon as I eat pshhhhh you can forget about the pants zipping up for a while. Also everyone carry's differently I tend to carry very small and round personally , I'm sure everything is fine is this your first baby ?.

Yes my first baby! I’m thinking that maybe I just won’t show until my 7,8,9 month. I sometimes get worried tho cause I see other moms at 20 weeks with an actual belly and mine isn’t so it makes me worried something is wrong because I’m the am it really looks like I’ve just gained a little weight and have a lower belly pouch my stomach isn’t that hard round belly.

Hey gals! Don't mind this potentially stupid question coming your way! So I am going to be a first time mommy this May. So excited ? I am currently 24 weeks & 2 days but genuinely can't tell if it's a baby bump or burrito bump that I'm rubbing throughout the day. I've never been very thin and I've always had a "thick" body type but my stomach used to be relatively flat. My stomach does feel pretty firm but is that just the water retention? I am curious if this is the baby bump or more so weight gain from the increased appetite. Any input is greatly appreciated and thank you all in advance ?

Is it common to feel bloated around 7/8 weeks? I wake up fine, flat ish stomach and the minute I eat…my stomach transforms. I am also noticing that it’s getting hard. Is this normal guys?

I feel the same way. Started at 7 weeks and I’m almost 16 weeks and it gets so hard after eating even if I eat a little.
