How to take a fertility test

So my fiance and I are trying to have a baby, I took a test yesterday and it was negative ? it's really heartbreaking! I am using pink strok fertility, any other tips and tricks that we can try??

I had sex on the 17th , 18th and 19th when my fertility was the highest when should I take a pregnancy test??

Hello Mommy ,I think of all is here has a testimony How we become pregnant.I was waiting 5 years to conceive,we went through OBYN to check every thing of me ,but thanks God found out that nothing wrong with me ,and also my husband check up he found out he can’t give a baby because he has a low count sperm ,and the problem also is he is suffering diebites and he has arthritis near his private part ,so it’s hard for me to get pregnant,I pray to God and cry to him every night that I need a baby,after 4 years I almost give up and i told my husband try one more if it’s working so we did making love I’m thankful to God it’s working ,I never think in my mind that night can change my life We been taken also dietary supplicant too almost 1 months 3 times a day and took prenatal vitamins 1 times a day ,so now I bought ticket to go back to my country to stay even one or two months because I feel really down and stress,and my husband talk to me that we go fertility center in fourth worth ,they checked me everything too ,diseases and infections are negative but the doctor found out that I have fibroids in my womb,I just smile when the doctor told me and she said don’t worry is very small,that was my first check up in fertility. When I’m home .I’m prayed to God asking LORD is it this is your will? But I said it’s okay you will be done according to your word ,but my faith is working that God is able and he is miracle working.after 6 days from fertility center I decided to try pregnancy test after noon before my menstruation come ,I really big shocked because it’s positive pregnancy test ,I knee inside the bathrooom crying asking God if it’s true? And I went to my mom house to let her see and she told me I don’t give you hope because some fibroid can give false Positive result.so I quites I just relax and after tomorrow again I did test it’s came back positive,when my husband knew that I was Pregnancy test two times he called doctor to take my blood test to make sure that I am really pregnant ,after 7 days the doctor in my place called us congratulates,I and my husband and my mother in law both crying of Joy ,finally God answered my Long time prayer.He heard my broken hearted,he healed my distress,now I am 14 weeks of pregnant looking to see our baby girl soon.guys I just tell you a testimony to give glory to the one who own life and who give gift of life ,nothing is impossible to him who believe.some times God he test your faith how you faithful to him .I know I am weak but God give me strength.Don’t give up everyone God has plan for you .he did it to me he will do it to you .To God be the glory

Should I take a test these fertility candy's are making me feel nauseous

Do anyone knw anything that helps with men fertility my husband had a test saying he don't have any sperm in his seamen ##HELP## SHOULD I STILL HAVE HOPE

Can someone tell me how to go about getting my fertility test done? Do I go to my regular obgyn?

Quick question!!! So About 3 weeks ago I took some clearblue ovulation tests and I finally got a peak ! I ran off two apps Ovia Fertility and Flo They both say my period starts on May 16th but The ovia app tells me to test today and the Flo app says it’s my best chance to get pregnant ? What should I do? Should I take an ovulation test again? Also I have already took a pregnancy test Last week and once over the weekend should I take another pregnancy test as well?
