Pregnant and constipated: what to do?

We agree that constipation is not the most pleasant part of pregnancy, but you may have to get used to it since it's one of the most common symptoms!

One in two pregnant women experience constipation during pregnancy, so the good news is that half of them don't.

It often appears at the beginning and settles in, but it is rare that it occurs in the middle of pregnancy. It's the hormones slowing down your digestive system and causing these unpleasant sensations.

To relieve this and boost your transit, fiber is your best friend!

Yes it’s very common I’m 34 wks and I can’t say it changed from the beginning it’s not really what you eat just the pregnancy itself that do it. So soons you start feeling backed up I’d take miralax 1-2 times a day to keep you regular
