  • One apple is enough to make one serving for your baby.
  • There is no need to add sugar to the applesauce that you make yourself.
  • Chanteclerc and Golden apples are delicious and will be a sweet treat to your baby's palate.
  • Add a little bit of cooking water to make the applesauce smoother.

I am so miserable!! The first couple of weeks I was eating whatever I wanted… now my baby won’t let me eat shit besides fruit, applesauce, yogurt, smoothies… stuff like that. No meat, salty, or savory stuff at all… mom is hungry! ??

Yes ma'am. It's safe. Just look at the added sugar on the back and try to eat added sugar in moderation. Some canned fruit is in natural juices some is in a concentrated sugar juice. Obviously the natural is better but if the other is all you have just moderation is key ❤️
